01
What I speak on
Arabic media intelligence, and what AI still gets wrong about it
Dialect, Franco-Arabic and sentiment models trained on languages that behave differently. I rebuilt an Arabic monitoring system at iSentia and ran insights at Crowd Analyzer, so this is an argument from the inside rather than a survey of the field.
The operating layer of MENA SaaS
Why growth and scale are not the same event, why the cash gets tight in the month after the best month, and what actually breaks between $10k and $80k MRR. Built for founders and operating teams rather than investors.
AI adoption inside operating companies, not in the abstract
What changes in cost of goods sold when a feature calls a model, what a forward-deployed engineer does that a customer success manager cannot, and where AI genuinely removes headcount from the growth equation.

Mohamed Elsherif is a SaaS operations and transformation advisor who has spent more than fifteen years inside the operating function of technology companies across the MENA region, rather than advising it from outside. He is founder and CEO of ASaaSI Middle East, which provides SaaS enablement, training and consulting to founders in Arabic-speaking markets, and founder of the Arab Media Intelligence Network. He was previously Business Insights Director at Extend and Head of Research and Consumer Insights at Crowd Analyzer. He has taught at the American University in Cairo and the Egypt University of Informatics, trained over three thousand participants and advised more than two hundred and fifty founders one to one. Tell me the date, the audience, the format and the language and I can answer quickly. I speak in Arabic and English, and I would rather decline early than be a poor fit on the day.
