Half-day · your team
Your price was a guess you never went back to.
Pricing moves revenue faster than any other lever in a SaaS company, and most founders set it once, from gut feel or a competitor's page. This half-day puts your team in a room with your own numbers and gets the price and the packages right.
What it costs
$500
One half-day session for your team. Team size, format and date are agreed with me first, over WhatsApp.
Why teams book this
Pricing is usually decided once, early, by whoever was in the room, and then defended for years. Nobody owns it, so it never gets tested. The result is a price that leaves money on the table with the customers who would have paid more, and packages that make the right customer hesitate.
- Your price came from a competitor's pricing page, or from what felt fair on the day you launched.
- Customers say yes to the demo and then stall at the pricing page.
- You have three plans, and nearly everyone picks the cheapest one.
- Sales offers discounts because nobody can explain why the price is what it is.
- You know you should raise prices, and you are afraid of the churn that follows.
What the half-day covers
A working session, not a lecture. Every exercise runs on your pricing page, your plans and your best deals, so the output is yours to use on Monday.
Value before price
How your customers measure the value you deliver, which gives you the value metric your price should follow. Pricing built on your costs, or on what competitors charge, leaves the difference on the table.
The right pricing model
Subscription, usage-based or tiered, and when each one fits. You choose the model for your product and your customer, and you can say why in one sentence.
Packages that sell
How to split what you offer into packages a buyer understands in thirty seconds, and how to design the pricing page so the right plan is the obvious one.
Willingness to pay
How to find out what your customers would actually pay, from the deals you already have, and how to read what that tells you about your segments.
Raising prices without the churn wave
Who to raise first, how to tell them, and how to measure the effect so the next change is a test rather than a leap.
A completed workbook
You leave with a filled-in workbook and a working pricing model built from your own numbers, ready to put in front of the rest of the company.
How the half-day runs
Four steps, and the first one is a short conversation.
Agree the shape
Message me on WhatsApp with your team size and what you sell. We agree the date, the format and who should be in the room. Leadership attending makes the output stick.
Send the pre-work
Before the day, you send your current pricing page, your plans and feature list, and your top deals. The session runs on these, not on hypotheticals.
The half-day
A working session with your team, in English or Arabic. Short frameworks, then exercises on your own numbers, with time to argue about the answers.
Leave with the model
You walk out with the completed workbook and a working pricing model, and a clear next step: what to change first and how to test it.
Who this is for, and who it is not
Is this you?
- You sell SaaS, or are about to, and your price has not been questioned since you set it.
- A founder and at least one person from sales, product or finance can be in the room.
- You can share your real pricing page, plans and best deals.
- You want a decision made by the end of the day, not a report.
This is not for you if…
- You want someone to hand you a number without looking at your customers.
- You cannot share any real pricing or deal data with the group.
- You are looking for a talk to inspire the team rather than a working session.
Questions before you ask
- Who should be in the room?
- The founder, and the people who touch price every week: sales, product, finance or customer success. Leadership presence matters, because a pricing change cannot be delegated.
- Do we need existing customers?
- It helps, because we use your real deals. If you are pre-revenue, we work from the customers you are targeting and the pricing you are about to launch, and the workbook routes you to the track that fits your stage.
- What do we need to prepare?
- Your current pricing page or draft, your plans and feature list, and your top deals. I send a short list before the day.
- Can it run in Arabic?
- Yes. I run it in English or Arabic, whichever your team works in. Terms like value metric, ACV and churn stay in English, as they do at work.
- What if the session is not useful?
- We agree what you want out of the day before it is booked, and if I do not think the workshop will give you that, I will tell you rather than take the booking.
What participants say
From participants in the MENA SaaS Foundation Masterclass, in their own words and their own language.
What I gained from this course goes beyond information. I acquired new skills, joined a lifelong community, and had the opportunity to engage in meaningful and open business discussions.
Shahd Mohamed
The course was very insightful and changed my perspective about a lot of aspects when it comes to validation and founder–market fit. The Coach prompts are amazing to help you and challenge you to refine the idea and the statements needed to make things straight.
Omar Youssef
Don’t be over optimistic about your idea, it might just be more of a burden than an actual money maker! Mr. Mohamed will challenge your idea for you, but you’ll have to defend it yourself! If you really want to go to the founders circle and live that messy life, FIGHT. Thanks Mr. Mohamed Elsherif for providing me with the knowledge, tools, awareness and POWER to move on.
