One call · 60 minutes

You do not have ten problems. You have one, and it is not the one you are working on.

One paid hour with someone who has run the function you are trying to fix. You leave with a written action plan, not a follow-up call.

What it costs

$99

One 60-minute call, one founder, paid in advance. No retainer to sign afterwards and no obligation to take anything further.

Why founders book this

Almost nobody books this because the product is wrong. They book it because the company has outgrown the way it is run — and because every free call they have taken ended in a pitch. This one ends in an action plan, which is exactly why it is not free.

  • You had your best sales month ever, and payroll on the 25th was still tight.
  • Revenue and headcount have climbed at the same angle for a year, and you have started calling that scale.
  • You hired a strong salesperson to fix sales, and the pipeline still does not convert.
  • You are about to raise, and you cannot explain your gross margin in one sentence without qualifying it.
  • Every decision that matters still routes through you, and you have started calling that leadership.

What the hour actually buys you

Sixty minutes is enough to find one constraint and decide what to do about it. It is not enough to fix your company, and I will not pretend otherwise.

  • A written action plan

The point of the hour. Within two working days you get it in writing: the constraint named, the reasoning shown, and the two or three moves to make next — with what to stop doing to make room for them. Short enough to act on, and something you can forward to a co-founder or a board member who was not in the room.

  • A pre-call read of your numbers

You send MRR, growth, gross margin, headcount and churn on a short form before we meet. I read them first, so the hour goes on your constraint rather than on me catching up with your business.

  • One named constraint

Not ten things to improve. The one thing that, left alone, is still the binding constraint in six months — named plainly, with the reasoning shown so you can argue with it.

  • The stage you are actually at

Where you sit on the 7-Stage MENA SaaS Growth Roadmap, judged on MRR and team size rather than ambition, and what that stage says you should and should not be spending on.

How the call runs

Four steps, and none of them are a discovery call to schedule the real call.

  1. Book and pay

Pick a slot and pay the $99 up front. Paying is what makes this an hour of work rather than an hour of sales, and it is the reason I can tell you not to hire me.

  2. Send the numbers

A short form arrives with the confirmation: MRR, growth, gross margin, headcount, churn, and the one thing worrying you most. It takes ten minutes and it is what makes the hour worth the money.

  3. The call

Sixty minutes, video, English or Arabic. The first ten minutes are me testing whether the problem you named is the real one. The rest is spent on whatever survives that.

  4. The written action plan

Within two working days: the constraint, the reasoning and the moves, in writing. What happens after that is your decision — most founders act on it alone, some come back for the retainer.

Who this is for, and who it is not

Book it if…

  • You are past validation — someone unaffiliated pays you, and the constraint has moved to execution.
  • You can make a decision without assembling a committee to approve it.
  • You have numbers, even bad ones. A rough MRR and a guessed gross margin are enough; nothing is not.
  • You would rather be told the uncomfortable version in an hour than the flattering version over six weeks.

Do not book it if…

  • You are pre-product and looking for an idea. Start with the 7-Stage Roadmap — Stage 1 is built for exactly that.
  • You want someone to validate a decision you have already made. I will not, and you will have paid $99 to hear that.
  • You need a full-time operator. One hour is not a cheaper version of a hire.
  • You want an open-ended relationship. This is one call with an end to it; the retainer is the thing with a cadence.

Before you book

It used to be free. What changed?
Free calls filled up with people who wanted a conversation, and the founders who needed the hour could not get one. A price fixes that in both directions: you arrive having done the prep, I arrive having read your numbers. It also buys me the freedom to tell you to go away and do nothing — advice a free call has every incentive not to give.
Why $99 and not a retainer?
Because most founders do not need a retainer, and the ones who do should find that out in an hour rather than after a month of invoices. If it turns out you want the ongoing version, the SaaS Operations Advisor retainer is two months of weekly hours and it exists for exactly that.
What if the call is not useful?
Then I have not earned the fee, and you should tell me so before the end of the call rather than afterwards. In sixty minutes with your numbers in front of me, failing to find you a constraint would be unusual — and if it happens, we will sort it out between us like adults rather than through a policy on a web page.
How do I pay?
The $99 is paid up front when you book. If you would rather pay in Egyptian pounds, dirhams or riyals, message me on WhatsApp and I will send the equivalent.
Arabic or English?
Either, and switching mid-sentence is normal. The material was built in both languages, not translated into one from the other.
Can my co-founder join?
Yes, and it is usually better if they do. More than two people and it becomes a workshop rather than a call, which is a different thing with a different price.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, send it before the call. Everything in the hour stays between us regardless, and nothing you share appears in my writing or teaching without your written permission.

What participants say

From participants in the MENA SaaS Foundation Masterclass, in their own words and their own language.

  • What I gained from this course goes beyond information. I acquired new skills, joined a lifelong community, and had the opportunity to engage in meaningful and open business discussions.

    Shahd Mohamed

  • The course was very insightful and changed my perspective about a lot of aspects when it comes to validation and founder–market fit. The Coach prompts are amazing to help you and challenge you to refine the idea and the statements needed to make things straight.

    Omar Youssef

  • Don’t be over optimistic about your idea, it might just be more of a burden than an actual money maker! Mr. Mohamed will challenge your idea for you, but you’ll have to defend it yourself! If you really want to go to the founders circle and live that messy life, FIGHT. Thanks Mr. Mohamed Elsherif for providing me with the knowledge, tools, awareness and POWER to move on.

    Mohamed Ali

  • ممتنة لك بحجم السماء يا محمد الشريف، وكم خبراتك المميزة التي استفدنا منها على مدار الكورس.
