Capital did not leave the Saudi market. It left the later stages. Early rounds are still being funded, and the cheque is now mostly Saudi.

  1. Pre-seed and Seed

The market is still open to you, but more selective than it was.

  2. Aiming for Series B

Local buyers for this stage are scarce this year. Your funding plan needs an alternative.

  3. Outside FinTech

FinTech took most of the money, so you will be asked what FinTech is asked: a clear path to revenue, and regulatory readiness.

  4. Where you are based

The Saudi investor is the one writing the cheque. Being present in the Kingdom is not a detail in your round.

The layer above the funds

Behind most of these funds sit the LPs. 28 of the 44 funders here are funds SVC has invested in: government-sourced capital set aside for companies based in the Kingdom. That is the sharpest filter a founder can start a target list with, and it is one of the preferences above.

  • Saudi Venture Capital (SVC)

    $1.2B+

    Committed across 65 funds.

  • Jada Fund of Funds

    SAR 3.5B+

    Committed across 47 funds.

  • Sanabil Investments

    ~$3B

Committed a year to private investments.

Stage, stated cheque size, fund size, sector focus, portfolio, latest move in 2025 and 2026, the source link and how far the data can be trusted, for every funder. Where a figure could not be verified, the sheet says so. Fill in a short form and we will share it with you.

Before you send the deck

A shortlist tells you who to approach. Whether your numbers are ready for them is a different question, and it is the one the clarity call is for.
