Growth is not your problem. The operating layer underneath it is.
I work with B2B SaaS founders and executives across MENA who have revenue, a team, and a constraint they can feel but cannot name.
01
What actually breaks
Almost nobody calls me because the product is wrong. They call because the company has outgrown the way it is run. Revenue arrives, headcount arrives with it at the same angle, and every decision still routes through the founder. That is not a growth problem. It is an operating layer built for a smaller company and never rebuilt.
- —You had your best sales month ever, and payroll on the 25th was still tight.
- —Revenue and headcount have climbed at the same angle for a year, and you call that scale.
- —You hired a strong salesperson to fix sales, and the pipeline still does not convert.
- —You can describe your ideal customer in ten seconds, and every word of it names a population rather than a person.
- —Every problem that matters reaches your desk, and you have started to call that leadership.
02
Who this is for, and who it is not
Is this you?
- —You are past validation. Someone unaffiliated pays you, and the constraint has moved to execution.
- —You have a team, and the team rather than the market is the bottleneck.
- —You can make a decision without assembling a committee to approve it.
- —You want a second operator in the room for a defined period, not a deck at the end of one.
This is not for you if…
- —You are pre-product and looking for an idea. Start with the masterclass instead: Stage 1 is built for exactly that.
- —You want a report that justifies a decision you have already made.
- —You need a full-time operator. A fractional advisor is not a cheaper version of a hire.
- —You want an open-ended relationship with no defined problem and no end date.

How we can work together
SaaS Product Clarity Session
60-minute 1:1 · $100
$100
Get clear on what's next. A 10-minute intake form, one 60-minute conversation, then a short written note within two business days naming the one thing to focus on, and why.
Best for a decision you are unsure about, a gut check before committing time or money, or a second opinion before a specific move. Not for hands-on execution, fundraising or legal advice, or a problem that needs more than one talk.
Pricing & Packaging Workshop
Half-day, 1:1 or small group
$500
Price it right, package it to sell. A half-day working session covering both what to charge and how to package it — using your own numbers, not theory. You leave with a facilitator-led session, a participant workbook, and a working pricing model ready to use.
Best for founders who need to fix pricing and packaging together, not just one.
SaaS Alignment for Non-Business Employees
Half-day, founding team
$500
Get your whole team on the same stage. A half-day session for founding teams to agree where you are, what is blocking you, and what each function owes in the next 90 days, worked from the 7-Stage MENA SaaS Growth Roadmap.
Best for founding teams — product, sales, marketing and ops leads together, not a solo founder. You leave with a shared roadmap-alignment document.
Fractional Consultancy
3-month term · $1,999/mo
$1,999/mo
We join your team for 90 days to solve one problem. Not advice from the sidelines — hands-on, weekly, for a defined problem and a defined period. 20 hours a month of working sessions, async support between them, a kickoff that agrees the problem and the 90-day outcome, and a day-90 review to renew or wrap up.
Best for startups that want a real second operator in the room temporarily. Not for an open-ended relationship with no defined problem, or as a substitute for a full-time hire.
ASaaSI Hiring
Recruitment · price on request
Price on request
Finding the talent for your next stage of growth. Deep role scoping and candidate profiling, proactive search and outreach, screening and shortlisting, interview coordination and decision support, then offer negotiation and onboarding.
Best for SaaS companies hiring key roles, from operators and specialists to leadership. Not for one-off job posts, transactional hiring, or companies without a clear role or hiring plan.

What happens in the first 30 days
The first month is structured, not exploratory. You are paying for a diagnosis you can act on, and a diagnosis that takes ninety days to arrive is an invoice rather than a service.
- 01
Week 1
We agree the one problem and the ninety-day outcome, in writing. Not a list of everything that is wrong, but the single constraint that would unlock the rest if it moved. I need access to your numbers and an hour with each function lead.
- 02
Week 2
I place you on the 7-Stage MENA SaaS Growth Roadmap and diagnose function by function across the nine pillars. Most companies are ahead in one and two stages behind in another, and naming that gap is usually the first useful thing that happens.
- 03
Weeks 3–4
Working sessions on the constraint itself, not on a plan about the constraint. Whatever it turns out to be — pricing that does not hold, a handover that leaks revenue, an ICP that is a population — we work it with your team in the room.
- 04
Day 30
You have a written diagnosis, a ninety-day plan with named owners and exit criteria per stage, and the operating cadence to run it. If the diagnosis says you do not need me for the next sixty days, I will tell you that.

Start the conversation
This is a qualifying form, not a contact box. The more specific you are about the constraint, the more specific my reply: a vague enquiry gets a vague answer and neither of us learns anything. It comes straight to me, and I answer it myself.
